The Lost Bomb of Palomares

The Lost Bomb of Palomares January 1966. A US B-52 crashed midair over Spain. Four hydrogen bombs fell from the sky. Two cracked open on farmland. Plutonium dusted about 2 square kilometers of tomatoes. One bomb vanished into the Mediterranean. The Navy searched 80 days to find it.
