Romeo the wild wolf spent six winters asking dogs to play. 🐺 . . . Beginning in 2003, the black wolf appeared near Mendenhall Glacier outside Juneau, Alaska. For roughly 6 years, Romeo returned to bow, chase and retrieve toys with local dogs while people watched from the snow. He was never domesticated; the neighborhood’s strangest regular remained completely wild.
