The Birthday Money In 2020, Cavanaugh Bell was 7 years old. He lived in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He spent $600 of his birthday savings on care packages. He delivered them to elderly neighbors. Strangers started donating. His nonprofit Cool & Dope kept the deliveries going.
