The Bone Chandelier A small chapel sits beneath Sedlec, Czech Republic. Inside hang chandeliers made of human bones. Garlands of skulls drape the ceiling. One coat of arms uses every bone in the body. A woodcarver named František Rint built it in 1870. The remains belong to 40,000 to 70,000 people.
