I'm Going to Live to 100 Jerome Rodale built an organic food empire. He preached longevity through clean eating. In June 1971 he sat on The Dick Cavett Show. He told Cavett he would live to 100. Minutes later he slumped in his chair. He had died of a heart attack on camera.
