Fred the Undercover Kitty Brooklyn, 2005. A sick kitten was rescued by Animal Care & Control. The prosecutor who fostered him had an idea. A man was posing as a vet illegally. Fred was sent in wearing a wire. The fake vet tried to neuter him. The sting worked. The man was convicted. Fred received the ASPCA's Law Enforcement Appreciation Award.
