A Vietnamese cave is tall enough to hide a 40-story skyscraper. ποΈ . . . A farmer named Hα» Khanh stumbled onto the entrance in 1990 but was too frightened to enter. British cavers finally mapped Hang Son Doong in 2009. Its main passage runs about 5 km long, 200 m tall and up to 175 m wide β big enough to swallow a Boeing 747 whole. It has its own weather system and jungle inside.
