A meteorite crashed through Ann Hodges's roof—and hit her. ☄️ . . . On November 30, 1954, the roughly 8.5-pound rock tore into her Sylacauga, Alabama home, bounced off a radio and struck her hip as she rested on a couch. Hodges survived with a huge bruise. After crossing space, the meteorite's final obstacle was somebody's living room.
