The man who voiced Tony the Tiger for 54 years hated sugary cereal and never let his own children eat Frosted Flakes.

Tony the Tiger's voice actor banned his kids from eating Frosted Flakes. Thurl Ravenscroft voiced Tony for 54 years. He considered sugary cereal nutritional poison for children. His own kids were forbidden from eating it. He promoted healthy breakfast alternatives instead.
