The 33,000-Foot Fall January 26, 1972. Vesna Vulović, 22, was working JAT Flight 367. A bomb tore the plane apart over Czechoslovakia. She fell 33,333 feet pinned inside a section of fuselage. She landed in snow on a mountainside. She survived. She lived another 44 years.
