The 50-State Mower Rodney Smith Jr. started cutting lawns for free in 2015. He targeted elderly, disabled, and single moms. Then he set a wild goal. Mow in all 50 states. By 2018, he finished his second tour. He drove coast to coast. He never charged a cent.
