The Angel of Queens Jorge Muñoz drives a school bus by day. At night he cooks. His mother helps. They load foil trays into his pickup. He parks at a corner in Jackson Heights. Hungry laborers line up. Every night since 2004. Over 100,000 meals served. On a $700 paycheck.
