The Bomb in Puget Sound

The Bomb in Puget Sound September 25, 1959. A Navy P-5M Marlin took off from Whidbey Island. It crashed into Puget Sound during the flight. On board was a Mark 90 nuclear depth charge, without its fissile core. Divers searched the cold dark seafloor for weeks. They never found it. The weapon is still down there, listed as a Broken Arrow.
