The Officer and the Walker Jourdan Duncan walked 7 miles home from work every night. He earned $10.50 an hour in Benicia, California. In 2016, Officer Kirk Keffer pulled over to check on him. The next day, the officer returned. He handed Jourdan a new bicycle.
