A railroad grave exposed an 1832 story that did not fit. πŸ’€ . . . Records said 57 Irish laborers at Duffy's Cut, Pennsylvania, died during a cholera outbreak just weeks after arriving. Excavations begun in 2004 recovered remains bearing blunt-force injuries; one skull contained a projectile wound. Cholera reached the campβ€”but apparently not every victim died from it.
