A 5-year-old sold lemonade to pay for his friend's brain surgery. Ryan worked every weekend for three months straight. His best friend needed emergency brain surgery. Insurance denied the claim completely. Ryan raised exactly $3,000 selling 25-cent cups. Surgery was successful because of childhood friendship.
