A 2,300-year-old child was found tied up with his own coat. π―οΈ . . . In 1922, peat cutters at Kayhausen in Lower Saxony pulled a small body from the bog. He was 7 or 8 years old, from around 300 BCE, preserved down to the fingernails. Strips torn from his cape bound his wrists and ankles behind him. He had been stabbed in the neck and the left arm before being lowered into the water.
